摘要
井下智能分选技术装备是煤矿智能化建设的重要组成部分,也是当前深入推进绿色矿山建设的重要抓手。文章总结了当前智能干法煤矸识别技术装备的发展现状,介绍了当前井下智能干选工艺应用的阶段性成果,探讨了井下智能干选工艺布置的基本准则:紧凑型、智能化、模块化、一体化,并分析了制约其装备研发与应用的关键因素:布料均匀性、识别高效性、粉尘无害化。最后从社会效益及经济效益等角度展望了其发展趋势。

Abstract
The underground intelligent separation technology and equipment is an important part of intelligent construction of coal mine, and it is also an urgent link for coal mine enterprises to further promote the construction of green mine. The current development status of intelligent dry coal and gangue identification technology is summarized, and the achievements of the application of underground intelligent dry separation technique are introduced. The basic principles of underground intelligent dry separation process layout are discussed, which can be concluded as compact, intelligent, modular and integrated. The key factors that restrict the development and application of its equipment are analyzed, including distribution uniformity, unsatisfying identification efficiency and deficiency in dust harmlessness. Finally, the trend of its development is forecasted from the views of social benefits and economic benefits.
