    滨海城市综合管廊地基松软、外部环境复杂,管廊安全风险点多且动态变化显著,安全风险评估影响因素众多、工作量大。为解决上述问题、全面系统辨识管廊风险,提出基于WBS-RBS分解结构法、情景分析法和专家调研法相结合的城市综合管廊风险辨识方法,构建滨海城市综合管廊运维期全方位安全风险辨识清单,建立层次分析法和风险矩阵法相结合的风险评估方法(AHP-LS法),进行管廊智能化风险辨识,搭建评估平台。基于以上研究结果对徐圩新区地下综合管廊进行风险评估,构建徐圩新区地下综合管廊全方位风险清单,得出各危险源的风险综合值和风险等级,实现徐圩新区地下综合管廊风险的智能化辨识与评估,为徐圩新区地下综合管廊的安全运维提供指导。
  • Abstract
    Coastal urban utility tunnel has the characteristics of soft foundation and complex external environ‑ment,which leads to many safety risk points and dynamic changes of utility tunnel.There are many influencing factors and heavy workload in safety risk assessment.In order to solve the above problems and comprehen‑sively identify the risk of utility tunnel,the risk identification method of urban utility tunnel based on WBS-RBS decomposition structure method,scenario analysis method and expert investigation method was proposed.The comprehensive safety risk identification list of coastal urban utility tunnel during operation and maintenance period was constructed.The risk assessment method(AHP-LS method)combined with analytic hierarchy process and risk matrix method were established.The intelligent risk identification and assessment platform of utility tunnel were developed.Based on the above results,the risk assessment of the utility tunnel in Xuwei New Area was carried out,the comprehensive risk list of the utility tunnel in Xuwei New Area was constructed,and the risk comprehensive value and risk level of each hazard source were obtained.The intelligent identifi‑cation and assessment of the risk of the utility tunnel in Xuwei New Area were realized,which provided guidance for the safe operation and maintenance of the utility tunnel in Xuwei New Area.
