为提升煤炭资源型城市协调发展水平,推动其绿色转型发展,以河南省8个煤炭资源型城市为研究对象,构建基于熵权TOPSIS法的煤炭资源型城市经济-环境-社会协调发展评估模型,探究2000—2018年河南省煤炭资源型城市协调发展动态演化趋势和异质性特征,识别各要素间协调发展水平。结果表明,2000—2018年河南省煤炭资源型城市经济-环境-社会协调发展度呈波动增加态势,增速约为0.008/a,协调发展程度逐步转为良好水平;2000—2018年成熟型和衰退型煤炭资源型城市经济-环境-社会协调发展度增速最快,高于全省平均水平,协调发展度也逐渐高于其他类型资源城市。

In order to improve the coordinated development level and promote the green transformation in coal resource-based cities,taking 8 coal resource-based cities in Henan Province as the research objects,the study explored the dynamic evolution trend and heterogeneous characteristics of coordinated develop‑ment of coal resource-based cities in Henan Province from 2000 to 2018,and identified the level of coordi‑nated development among various factors on the basis of building an entropy-weighted TOPSIS evaluation model of the coordinated development of economy,environment and society of coal resource-based cities.The results showed that the coordinated development degree of economy,environment and society of coal resource-based cities in Henan Province increased with fluctuation from 2000 to 2018,with a growth rate of about 0.008 per year,and the coordinated development degree gradually turned into a good state.According to the study,mature and declining coal resource-based cities showed the fastest growth rates of coordinated development of economy,environment and society from 2000 to 2018,which were faster than the average level of the province,and their coordinated development degree was gradually surpassing those of other types of cities.
