由于建筑能耗在全球总能耗中占据着相当大的比重,建筑节能成为了当下建筑师、科学家以及工程师所共同关注的问题。本文立足于由建筑师所主导的形态设计视角,在建筑气候区划的基础上,对近年来国内外的重要研究成果进行了回顾与分析。重点探讨了形态设计中的关键要素:体形系数、朝向、窗墙比和遮阳设计,并评价这些要素对建筑采暖、制冷以及照明能耗的综合影响,为建筑师在方案设计阶段的选择与决策提供参考和建议。
Building energy consumption accounts for a large proportion of the global total energy consumption. Thus, building energyefficiency is a concern for architects, scientists, and engineers. From the perspective of architectural forms design which is dominatedby architects, this study reviews and analyzes the important research works at home and abroad in recent years according to buildingclimate zones. The key elements of forms design, including shape factors, orientation, window-to-wall ratio and shading, are focusedon to evaluate the comprehensive effects on building heating, cooling and lighting energy consumption. It can provide a reference andsuggestions to architects for scheme comparison and decision-making at early design stage.
