The Prospect of Straits Express Logistic Tube

作为第5种运输形式的管道运输历史久远,目前主要用于输送流体物质,其运输潜力尚待发掘。本文提出采用管道运输实现海峡快速物流运输的设想,进而探究其实施的可行性。本文通过调研管道货运发展历程、分析若干城际或城市地下管道物流概念方案,表明管道货运的多种技术实现途径均具备发展为海峡货运管道的潜力。进而,以台湾地区海峡货运统计数据为基础,评价建设海峡快速货运管道的可行性;以数智时代的物流特征,计算分析海峡货运管道运输速度与经济效益的关系。然后,从运输系统论的观点,提出建立相应的运输组织系统、管道系统、载运车辆系统、智能控制系统以及安全管控系统,以形成海峡快速管道物流系统。最后,结合海底隧道技术的发展态势,给出5种跨海管道设置形式及其实施可行性评价,以作为后续研究的基础。
Pipeline transport, the fifth form of transport, is currently used to deliver flowable commodities, although its transportpotential has yet to be explored. In this study, the idea and feasibility of rapid logistics transport in the form of a freight tube across theTaiwan Strait is discussed. By investigating the history of pipeline freight and analyzing several intercity and urban undergroundpipeline logistics scenarios, multiple technical implementations of freight tubes are demonstrated to have the potential to be developedas fixed logistics. Following an assessment of the need for an express logistics tube across the Taiwan Strait based on statistical dataon freight transport across the Taiwan Strait, the relationship between the speed of transport and the economic efficiency of an expresslogistic tube is demonstrated based on the characteristics of logistics in the digital era. Subsequently, from the viewpoint oftransportation system theory, establishing a unique organization of freight, smart tubes, caps, and intelligent and safety controlsystems are proposed to form the express logistics tube system. Finally, five feasible forms of cross-sea tube installation are evaluatedand given as a basis for subsequent research.
