    为避免高应力区段煤柱对工作面开采带来的不利影响,本文以受断层影响的山东新河煤矿区段煤柱为例,采用理论计算、工程类比和数值分析相结合的综合研究方法,对断层构造影响下深部高应力区段煤柱的合理宽度展开研究。基于极限平衡理论和工程类比综合确定合理区段煤柱宽度约为90 m;数值分析结果表明该宽度区段煤柱能够保持稳定;提出了高位岩层断顶卸压的煤柱稳定性控制方案。研究成果可为类似地质及生产技术条件下区段煤柱宽度的确定、工作面布置及安全开采提供指导。
  • Abstract
    In order to avoid the adverse effects of high stress section coal pillar on working face mining, the section coal pillar of Xinhe Coal Mine in Shandong Province affected by faults was taken as an example, and a comprehensive research method combining theoretical calculation, engineering analogy and numerical analysis was used to study the reasonable width of deep high stress section coal pillar under the influence of fault structure. Based on the limit equilibrium theory and engineering analogy, the reasonable section coal pillar width was about 90 m. The numerical analysis results showed that the coal pillar of the width section could remain stable ; a coal pillar stability control scheme for roof breaking and pressure relief in high rock strata was proposed. The research results provided guidance for the determination of section coal pillar width, working face layout and safe mining under similar geological and production technical conditions.
