    针对采动扰动下深部巷道围岩松动破碎,变形量大,常规支护手段下巷道失稳的情况,本文以云驾岭矿八采轨道下山为工程背景,在分析采动扰动下深部巷道围岩破坏特征的基础上,以改善巷道围岩力学性能、增强围岩可锚性为突破点,提出采动扰动下深部巷道深浅孔注浆加固方案。现场监测表明:深浅孔注浆加固能解决围岩岩石力学性能不均衡带来的注浆漏液、不易起压及渗透不充分问题,胶结后岩体结构完整连续,围岩整体稳定性得到提高,采动扰动下围岩总变形量减小且更快达到稳定阶段,实现对围岩的有效控制。
  • Abstract
    In view of the loose and broken surrounding rock of deep roadway under mining disturbance, large deformation and difficult to maintain roadway stability by conventional support means, No. 8 mining track downhill of Yunjialing Mine was taken as the engineering background, the failure characteristics of surrounding rock of deep roadway under mining disturbance was analyzed, and the deep and shallow hole grouting reinforcement scheme was put forward based on improving the mechanical properties of surrounding rock and enhancing the anchorage of surrounding rock. Field monitoring showed that deep and shallow hole grouting reinforcement could solve the problems of grouting leakage, not easy to pressure and insufficient penetration caused by unbalanced mechanical properties of surrounding rock. After cementation, the structure of rock mass was complete and continuous, and the overall stability of surrounding rock was improved. The total deformation of surrounding rock under mining disturbance decreased and reached the stable stage faster, and the effective control of surrounding rock was realized.
