    针对安山煤矿3-1煤层回采巷道存在支护密度大、强度低以及经济指标不合理等问题,以3-1煤层133112胶运顺槽为研究对象,进行巷道支护参数优化。通过岩石力学实验、数值模拟、支护参数理论计算及钻孔窥视等手段优化133112胶运顺槽巷道支护参数,采用高强度、高刚度、高可靠性锚杆,同时适当降低支护密度,确定最佳的支护参数。现场工程实践表明,采用新的支护参数能满足回采巷道在服务期间安全使用要求,且经济及社会效益显著。该研究能有效指导后期矿井开采过程中巷道支护设计,为实现高产高效、本质安全型矿井打下坚实的基础。
  • Abstract
    Aiming at the problems of high support density, low strength and unreasonable economic indicators in No. 3-1 coal seam mining roadway of Anshan Mine, No.133112 transportation roadway of No. 3-1 coal seam was taken as the research object to optimize the roadway support parameters. By means of rock mechanics experiment, numerical simulation, theoretical calculation of support parameters, and drilling peeping, the support parameters of No.133112 transportation roadway wwere optimized. Optimal support parameters were determined. The field engineering practice showed that the new support parameters met the requirements of safe use of the mining roadway during the service period, and its economic and social benefits were significant. This research could effectively guide the design of roadway support in the later mine mining process, and laid a solid foundation for the mine to achieve high-yield, high-efficiency, and intrinsically safe mines.
