    为解决高瓦斯矿井工作面采空区高浓度瓦斯影响采面正常安全生产的问题,以伯方煤矿为例,选择在工作面回风巷施工高位钻场,通过高位钻孔将采空区瓦斯抽排至地面,经过科学计算,得到钻孔最佳仰角范围为21°~ 39°,并确定施工方位角和孔深等参数。通过对抽采数据分析,高位钻孔抽采纯量保持在10.4 ~ 15.9 m3/min的高位区间,抽采效果较好,效果显著。
  • Abstract
    In order to solve the problem that the high concentration gas in the goaf of the working face of the high gas mine affects the normal and safe production of the mining face, taking Bofang Coal Mine as an example, the high drilling field is selected to be constructed in the return airway of the working face, and the gas in the goaf is drained to the ground through the high drilling hole. After scientific calculation, the optimum elevation angle of the drilling hole is 21 ° ~ 39 °, and the parameters such as the construction azimuth angle and the hole depth are determined. Through the analysis of the extraction data, the pure amount of high-level borehole extraction is maintained in the high-level interval of 10.4 ~ 15.9 m3/min, and the extraction effect is better and more remarkable.
