    针对经坊煤矿3-807综采工作面的水害防治问题,以水文地质及开采技术条件为基础,通过突水系数法确定该工作面底板太灰水存在突水危险性,提出采用底板注浆改造工艺来实现工作面的带压开采,采用数值模拟手段验证其可行性,确定注浆终孔层位为L8灰岩。注浆改造后检验钻孔出水比例仅为9.3%,底板灰岩含水层内裂隙得到有效封堵,实现了工作面的带压安全开采。
  • Abstract
    Aiming at the problem of water damage prevention and control in the 3-807 fully mechanized mining face of Jingfang Coal Mine, based on hydrogeological and mining technical conditions, the water inrush coefficient method is used to determine the risk of water inrush from the bottom plate of the working face. It is proposed to use the floor grouting transformation process to achieve pressure mining on the working face. Numerical simulation is used to verify its feasibility, and the final hole layer level of grouting is determined to be L8 limestone. After the grouting transformation, the proportion of water output from inspection boreholes is only 9.3%, The cracks in the floor limestone aquifer are effectively sealed, achieving safe mining under pressure in the working face.
