    针对三交河煤矿205回风顺槽系统巷过巷掘进期间,留顶难度大、支护失效严重,导致巷道超高现象,决定对留顶区支护进行合理优化,提出了“斜孔注浆+改良管棚支护+双L型锚索钢棚+人工假顶”联合支护技术,成功实现了冒漏区煤体一次性分层留顶,控制了巷道超高现象,取得了显著应用成效。
  • Abstract
    During the passing roadway excavation of the 205 return air channel system roadway in Sanjiaohe Coal Mine, it is difficult to retain the roof and the support failure is severe, leading to the phenomenon of excessive height in the roadway. It is decided to optimize the support in the retaining roof area reasonably. A combined support technology of "inclined hole grouting+improved pipe shed support+double L-shaped anchor cable steel shed+artificial false roof" is proposed, which successfully achieved one-time layered roof retaining of the coal body in the leakage area, controlled the phenomenon of excessive height in the roadway, and achieved significant application results.
