东于煤业有限公司为高瓦斯矿井,煤层赋存瓦斯压力较大,瓦斯含量较高,瓦斯治理难度大,给矿井安全生产带来了极大困扰。为进一步提升矿井瓦斯治理水平,探索了近距离多煤层保护层对下邻近煤层瓦斯释放效果的影响。以上保护层开采为理论基础,向被保护层施工考察钻孔,定期观察钻孔内瓦斯压力、瓦斯含量等参数的变化规律,分析03#煤层开采对2#煤层瓦斯释放效果及有效保护范围。结果表明:03#煤层开采后,2#煤层膨胀变形量25mm,膨胀率达到9.8‰,2#煤层有3.32~3.48m3/t的瓦斯被释放,被保护煤层受到了较好的保护。

Abstract
Dongyu Coal Industry Co., Ltd. is a high gas mine with high gas pressure and high gas content in the coal seams, making it difficult to control gas and posing great challenges to the safety production of the mine. In order to further improve the level of mine gas control, the impact of close range multi seam protection layers on the gas release effect of adjacent coal seams was explored. Based on the theoretical foundation of the above protective layer mining, inspect the boreholes during the construction of the protected layer, regularly observe the changes in parameters such as gas pressure and gas content inside the boreholes, and analyze the gas release effect and effective protection range of the 03# coal seam mining on the 2# coal seam. The results show that after the mining of the 03# coal seam, the expansion deformation of the 2# coal seam is 25 mm, and the expansion rate reaches 9.8 ‰. The 2# coal seam has 3.32-3.48 m3/t of gas released, and the protected coal seam is well protected.
