    针对顺层钻孔漏气及顶板裂隙钻孔瓦斯抽采效率低的问题,通过对顺层钻孔采取孔内下筛管实施全程护孔、加深封孔深度及优化管路连接措施,以及优化钻场布置间距、调整终孔距煤层距离等措施,瓦斯治理取得良好效果,工作面上隅角最高瓦斯浓度0.67%,平均瓦斯浓度0.48%;回风流最高瓦斯浓度0.5%,平均瓦斯浓度0.36%,回采期间工作面未出现瓦斯超限情况。
  • Abstract
    In response to the problem of gas leakage in bedding boreholes and low gas extraction efficiency in roof crack boreholes, measures such as implementing full hole protection, deepening hole sealing depth, optimizing pipeline connection, optimizing drilling site layout spacing, and adjusting the distance from the final hole to the coal seam have been taken for seam drilling. The gas control has achieved good results, with a maximum gas concentration of 0.67% and an average gas concentration of 0.48% in the upper corner of the working face; The maximum gas concentration in the return air flow is 0.5%, and the average gas concentration is 0.36%. During the mining period, there was no gas exceeding the limit in the working face.
