    为保证瓦斯抽采效果,根据伯方煤矿3#煤层瓦斯抽采浓度较低的现状,研究膨胀水泥+相变凝胶的新型封孔工艺,改进钻孔封堵方式。根据试验相变凝胶凝胶时间较长,且凝胶点可控,固结后其黏度大于30万MPa·s,起到很好的固结封孔作用。实践表明:相比于传统封孔注浆工艺,新型封孔方式在单位时间内单孔瓦斯抽采浓度提高2倍,瓦斯抽采纯量提高1.5倍,瓦斯抽采效果明显提高。
  • Abstract
    To ensure the effect of gas extraction, according to the current situation of low gas extraction concentration in No. 3 coal seam of Bofang Coal Mine, the new sealing technology of expansion cement + phase change gel is studied to improve the drilling sealing method. According to the test, the phase change gel has a long gel time, controllable gel point, and its viscosity after consolidation is greater than 300,000 MPa·s, which plays a good role of consolidation and hole sealing. The practice shows that compared with the traditional sealing grouting process, the new sealing method can increase the concentration of gas extraction by 2 times and the pure gas extraction by 1.5 times per unit time, and the gas extraction effect is significantly improved.
