摘要
在介绍定向钻孔事故处理方法和套铣打捞技术原理的基础上,针对试验工作面地质条件和定向钻孔施工详细参数,分析了事故钻孔发生的原因,确定了事故钻孔卡钻范围在342~347m;在打捞钻具方案选择中,确定套铣打捞方案;通过计算事故钻孔弯曲孔段的弯曲强度,预计套铣钻杆的最大钻孔曲率,通过预计套铣钻孔的单根钻杆长度和连接处拉力等参数,定性判定钻孔弯曲孔段通过性,选定Ф153/100mm套铣钻头和Ф127mm×3000mm套铣钻杆的套铣钻具组合。现场试验中采用低转速低压力钻进,成功打捞出事故钻具。

Abstract
On the basis of introducing the treatment method of directional drilling accident and the principle of sleeve milling and salvage technology, according to the geological conditions of the test face and the detailed parameters of directional drilling construction, the causes of accidental drilling were analyzed, and the range of jamming in the accident drilling was determined to be 342-347 m. In the selection of salvage drilling tool scheme, determine the sleeve milling salvage scheme; By calculating the bending strength of the accident drilling bending hole segment, the maximum drilling curvature of the casing milling drill pipe is estimated; By predicting the length of a single drill pipe and the tensile force at the connection of the casing milling drill hole, the passing ability of the drilling bending hole segment is qualitatively determined, and the combination of Ф153/100 mm sleeve milling drill bit and Ф127 mm×3000 mm sleeve milling drill pipe was selected. In the field test, low-speed and low-pressure drilling was used to successfully salvage the accident drilling tool.
