    永安煤矿井下带式输送机在煤矸运输中机头频繁发生堆煤问题,传统堆煤保护装置保护效果不佳,发生输送机负荷增大、运行失稳、烧毁电机等安全隐患及事故。对原堆煤保护装置进行优化改进,设计新的触发方式,实现输送带堆煤量与输送机电机之间自动闭锁。装置在3302掘进工作面进行实践应用,可有效解决堆煤问题,安全经济效益显著。
  • Abstract
    During the transportation of coal gangue in Yong'an Coal Mine, the head of the downhole belt conveyor frequently experiences coal stacking problems. The traditional coal stacking protection device has poor protection effect, resulting in safety hazards and accidents such as increased conveyor load, unstable operation, and motor burning. The original coal stacking protection device is optimized and improved, and a new triggering method is designed to achieve automatic locking between the coal stacking amount of the conveyor belt and the conveyor motor. The device is applied in practice at the 3302 excavation working face, it can effectively solve the problem of coal stacking and has significant safety and economic benefits.
