基于煤泥水循环再利用,实现矿井水综合治理及净水供给方式改造再利用具有重要的现实意义。简述老虎台矿选煤厂矿井水与煤泥水综合治理工程概况,结合工程背景及其工艺流程剖析煤泥水治理整套系统工艺及设备的总体要求、煤泥水治理项目技术要求以及工程自动化系统,通过工程改造背景及方案可实施性确定、实施过程简述以及效益测算以调整井下净水供给方式并实现过滤水再利用,再阐述工程改造后续实施计划。老虎台矿选煤厂经过跳汰机改造升级、板框压滤机改造升级、煤泥烘干深加工、井下矿井水与煤泥水综合利用等多次技术改造升级,使其矿井水与煤泥水综合治理工程得以顺利实施,使选煤厂的选煤工艺更优化及产品结构更具多样性,即通过矿井水综合治理工程改造可为企业增加效益。

It is of great significance to achieve comprehensive management of mine water and the transformation andreuse of clean water supply methods based on the recycling of coal slurry water. The overview of the comprehen⁃sive treatment project for mine water and coal slurry water in the Laohutai Coal Preparation Plant is briefly described.The overall requirements of the entire system process and equipment for coal slurry water treatment, technical require⁃ments for coal slurry water treatment projects, and engineering automation systems are analyzed in combinationwith the engineering background and process flow. Through the background of the engineering transformation and thefeasibility of the project, the brief description of the implementation process and benefit calculation, the undergroundwater purification supply mode are adjusted and the reuse of filtered water can be achieved, then the subsequent im⁃plementation plan of the project is further elaborated. The Laohutai Coal Preparation Plant has undergone multi⁃ple technological renovations and upgrades of jigs,plate and frame filter presses,deep processing of coal slurry drying,so that this has enabled the smooth implementation of its comprehensive treatment project for mine water and coal slur⁃ry water,making the current coal preparation process and product structure of the plant more optimized.Through tech⁃nological renovations of comprehensive water treatment project,benefits can be added to the enterprise.
