    嵌入式洗瓶系统有助于煤炭自动采制化系统中煤样瓶的自动化清洗,即采用先进的传感器技术、大数据处理技术以及物联网技术可实现自动接收煤样瓶、自动开盖倒料、自动清洗瓶体瓶盖、自动烘干、自动合盖、自动回传、自动开盖、为自动制样系统自动补充瓶体和瓶盖及与气力输送系统配合,使煤样瓶在自动采制化过程中可循环使用,从而为电厂燃料成本控制与燃料智能化建设提供基础支撑。结合嵌入式洗瓶系统组成与工作流程,介绍嵌入式洗瓶系统的关键技术及功能特点,重点剖析智能调度技术、煤样瓶自动倒料冲洗技术、超声波清洗技术、制样端煤样瓶回收技术在嵌入式洗瓶系统中的成功应用。嵌入式洗瓶系统关键技术的应用使煤样瓶自动回收与清洗以及机器人制样系统自动补瓶成为可能,有效规避煤样瓶清洗的人为因素干扰以确保煤炭自动制样的精密度,提高自动采制化的工作效率与自动化程度,从而有助于进一步提升电厂燃料智能化的自动化水平。
  • Abstract
    The embedded bottle washing system is conducive to the automatic cleaning of sample bottles in the auto⁃matic coal sampling, sample preparation and analysis system. It uses advanced sensor technology, big data process⁃ing technology and Internet of Things technology for automatic receiving of coal sample bottle, automatic opening thelid and pouring materials, automatic cleaning of bottle and lid, automatic drying, automatic lid closing, automaticreturning, automatic lid opening, automatic replenishment of bottles and lids for the automatic sample preparationsystem, and cooperation with the pneumatic conveying system, so that coal sample bottles can be recycled during theautomatic sampling⁃sample preparation⁃analysis process, thus providing basic support for power plant fuel cost controland fuel intelligence construction. Combining the composition and work procedure of the embedded bottle washing sys⁃tem, the key technologies and functional characteristics of the embedded bottle washing system were introduced. Thesuccessful applications in the embedded bottle washing system, such as intelligent scheduling technology, coal sam⁃ple bottle automatic pouring and flushing technology, ultrasonic cleaning technology, and coal sample bottle recycletechnology were focused. The application of the key technologies of the embedded bottle washing system makes it pos⁃sible to automatically recover and clean coal sample bottles and automatically replenish sample bottles in the roboticsample preparation system. It can avoids the interference of human factors in coal sample bottle cleaning to ensure theprecision of automatic coal sample preparation and improves the work efficiency and automation level of automaticsampling⁃sample preparation⁃analysis. It help further improve the automation level of power plant fuel intelligence.
