  • 摘要
    煤层酸化增透技术是近年来兴起并取得较好效果的1种煤层化学改性方法,通过向煤层中注入1种或多种酸液,溶蚀煤层孔隙中的矿物质,增大煤层孔隙间连通性,从而提高煤层渗透性。为了探讨酸化工艺对煤层渗透性的影响以及理清该技术的发展趋势,通过调研大量相关文献,系统综述了煤层酸化增透机理、进展及现场应用这3方面的研究现状,分析了酸化增透效果的影响因素及目前研究中存在的问题与不足。文献调研结果表明:酸化工艺在一定程度上可以提高煤层渗透性,但仍然存在水锁损害、酸化范围小等不足之处。结合目前研究的不足之处,提出了煤层瓦斯增透与酸化技术发展应加强研究的方向,未来可以从煤孔隙结构随酸化时间的演变机制、水锁效应的解除方法以及自转向酸对增透范围的影响等方面进行研究。
  • Abstract
    Coal seam acidification and permeability improving technology is a chemical modification method of coal seam that has emerged in recent years and achieved good results. By injecting one or more acid liquids into the coal seam, dissolving the minerals in the pores of the coal seam increases the connectivity between the pores of the coal seam, the permeability of the coal seam is improved. In order to explore the influence of acidizing process on coal seam permeability and clarify the development trend of this technology, through the investigation of a large number of relevant literature, the research status of the three aspects of coal seam acidification and permeability improving mechanism, progress and field application are systematically reviewed, and the influencing factors of acidification and permeability improving effect and the existing problems and deficiencies in the current research are analyzed. The literature survey results show that the acidification process can improve the permeability of coal seams to a certain extent, but there are still some shortcomings such as water lock damage and small acidification range. Finally, combined with the inadequacies of the current research, the direction of research should be strengthened in the future for the development of coal seam gas permeability improving and acidification technology. In the future, research can be carried out from the evolution mechanism of coal pore structure with acidification time, the method of releasing the water lock effect, and the influence of self-diverting acid on the range of permeability improving.
