摘要

在城市发展进程中,经济、能源、生态环境三系统相互制约,彼此促进,正确认识并处理好三系统之间的关系是实现协调发展的关键。将经济-能源-生态环境看作一个结构复杂并具有耦合关系的开放型系统;建立三系统协调发展评价指标体系,运用三系统耦合协调模型,计算2016—2020年山东省及16地市耦合协调度并分析其空间集聚程度,结果显示:山东省三系统协同发展仍处于萌芽阶段,耦合协调度呈逐年增长态势;山东半岛16地市三系统耦合协调度总体呈现上升态势,空间上大致呈东高西低的发展格局;16地市耦合协调度趋向随机分布,空间分布集聚效应较弱。基于上述结论,提出现阶段促进三系统协调可持续发展的相关对策建议。
