为加强煤矿安全生产标准化建设,通过文献研究与标准分析梳理煤矿安全生产标准化绩效指标,结合关键绩效指标(KPI)理论进行基本指标优化并构建安全生产标准化绩效评估指标体系;结合改进的AHP与模糊综合评价法,引入“贡献系数”,构建安全生产标准化绩效贡献率计算模型并进行实际应用。结果表明:引入贡献率可以合理量化表述煤矿安全生产标准化绩效,煤矿企业A在2019—2021年实行安全生产标准化对企业安全绩效的贡献率分别为16.52%、22.13%、27.81%,呈现逐年递增趋势,对企业安全管理(0.344)、安全设施(0.273)、安全环境(0.228)等有显著正向影响。该研究有助于进一步强化煤矿安全生产标准化建设工作,为促进煤矿主动落实安全生产标准化提供了理论依据。

In order to strengthen the construction of safety production standardization in coal mine, the standardized performance indicators of safety production in coal mine were studied through literature research and standard analysis. The basic indicators were optimized combined with KPI theory, and the performance evaluation system of safety production standardization was constructed. With the combination of improved AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the contribution coefficient was introduced, and the calculation model of contribution rate of safety production standardization was constructed and applied in practice. The results show that the introduction of contribution rate can reasonably quantify the standardization performance in coal mine safety production. From 2019 to 2021, the contribution rates of safety production standardization to the safety performance in coal mine enterprise A are 16. 52%, 22. 13% and 27. 81%, respectively, showing an increasing trend year by year. It has a significant positive impact on enterprise safety management (0. 344), safety facilities (0. 273), safety environment ( 0. 228 ) and so on. The study helps to further strengthen the construction of safety production standardization in coal mine, and provides a theoretical basis for promoting the active implementation of safety production standardization in coal mine.
