摘要
传统工作面存在占用人工较多、危险系数大、劳动效率低等缺陷,鲍店煤矿优化了自动跟机系统、自动放煤工艺、记忆割煤工艺,建成7304智能化综放工作面。应用效果表明,该智能化工作面实现全工艺段采煤机记忆截割、时序自动放煤、液压支架自动跟机、运输机自动张紧和断链保护等自动化功能的常态化运行,达到了减人增效、提高安全系数的目的。

Abstract
The traditional working face has defects such as excessive labor occupation, high risk coefficient, and low labor efficiency. Baodian Coal Mine optimized the automatic following system, automatic coal caving process, and memory cutting coal process to build a 7304 intelligent fully mechanized caving working face. The application results show that the intelligent working face achieves the normalized operation of automatic functions such as memory cutting, sequential automatic coal caving, hydraulic support automatic following, conveyor automatic tensioning, and chain breakage protection in the entire process section of the shearer, achieving the goal of reducing personnel, increasing efficiency, and improving safety coefficient.
