厚煤层高强度综放开采覆岩“两带”发育高度研究

    鉴于采空区覆岩“两带”高度发育状况对煤矿瓦斯治理、水灾防治以及顶板管理均具有重要的应用价值,运用理论计算和现场实测的综合手段,在古汉山矿1604工作面进行了厚煤层、高强度、综放开采条件下的覆岩“两带”发育高度研究分析。结果表明:覆岩“两带”观测的有效方法是井下仰孔分段双端封堵测漏技术,其突出特点是准确性较高、成本低、操作简易等;古汉山矿首个综放开采面采场覆岩实测出导水裂隙带高度为67.3m,导高与采厚比为12.23。实测结果与经验公式计算结果比较吻合,为该矿其他工作面的安全开采、顶板支护及其水害防治工作提供“两带”高度参考。
  • Abstract
    Considering the high development status of the "two zones" of overburden rock in goaf has important application value for coal mine gas administer, flood and waterlogging control, and roof management, a comprehensive method of theoretical calculation and on-site measurement is used to study and analyze the development height of the "two zones" of overburden rock under thick coal seams, high strength, and fully mechanized mining conditions in the 1604 working face of Guhanshan Mine. The results indicate that the effective method for observing the "two zones" of overburden rock is the underground upward hole segmented double end sealing and leak detection technology, which is characterized by high accuracy, low cost, and easy operation; The measured height of the water conducting fracture zone in the overlying rock of the first fully mechanized mining face in Guhanshan Mine is 67.3 m, and the ratio of conducting height to mining thickness is 12.23. The measured results are in good agreement with the empirical formula calculation results, providing a "two zones" high reference for the safe mining, roof support, and water hazard prevention and control work of other working faces in this mine.
