    针对王坡煤矿综采工作面智能化水平低、生产效率低和用工成本高的问题,以3308综采工作面为研究对象,采用整体设计的方式对现有设备进行改造升级,实现了工作面设备远程控制及自动化生产。应用效果表明:智能化系统改造完成投入运行后,工作面用工人数降低22.7%,人均生产效率提高31.1%,年节约人工费用150万元,取得了显著的应用成效。
  • Abstract
    Aiming at the problems of low intelligence level, low production efficiency, and high labor costs in the fully mechanized mining face of Wangpo Coal Mine, the 3308 fully mechanized mining face is taken as the research object, and the existing equipments are transformed and upgraded through overall design to achieve remote control and automated production of the working face equipments. The application effect shows that after the intelligent system transformation is completed and put into operation, the number of workers in the working face is reduced by 22.7%, the per capita production efficiency is increased by 31.1%, the annual labor cost is saved by 1.5 million yuan, achieving significant application results.
