    针对亭南煤业智能化采煤工作面原采煤机进行自动记忆截割作业时存在需要人工干预、数据采集不准确、无法实现实时监控等问题,设计一种用于采煤机自动记忆割煤的监控系统。该系统在2408工作面进行实际运行测试,自动监控系统PLCS7-300控制器为核心对采煤机运行期间机身各部分参数进行实时监测和调控。结果表明:通过监控系统监测得到的采煤机运行数据与采煤机现场实际运行数据一致,设计方案合理可行。
  • Abstract
    In view of the problems of manual intervention, inaccurate data collection, and inability to achieve real-time monitoring during the automatic memory cutting operation of the original shearer in the intelligent coal mining working face of Tingnan Coal Industry, a monitoring system for automatic memory cutting coal of the shearer is designed. The system is tested in actual operation on the 2408 working face, with the automatic monitoring system PLCS7-300 controller as the core to monitor and regulate the parameters of various parts of the shearer body in real-time during operation. The results indicate that the operating data of the shearer monitored by the monitoring system is consistent with the actual operating data of the shearer on site, and the design scheme is reasonable and feasible.
