摘要
论文提出和设计了一种新型放电反应器,利用液滴瞬时通过电极对之间的空间来触发气体放电。 该反应器用于实验研究降解二硫化碳(CS2)废气的效果,并考察了输入能量、液滴滴加频率、气体流量、氧气浓度和液体组分等参数对降解效果的影响。 研究结果表明,采用液滴触发气体放电反应器能够有效去除和降解气流中的 CS2气体,在气体放电的同时,液滴还能吸收气相反应产物,从而促进了 CS2的降解。 液滴滴加频率在 0.5~1 滴/ s 时,CS2的去除效果最佳,过慢时去除率降低,过快则能耗加大。 在其他相同条件下,采用去离子水作为吸收液液滴时,CS2去除率最低;其次是采用 5%硫酸钠水溶液,采用 5%氢氧化钠溶液的去除率最高。 CS2降解反应后的气相产物主要有 SO2、CO2和少量中间产物 COS,液相产物为硫酸根离子。 同时,对降解机理进行了分析。

Abstract
A novel discharge reactor was designed, utilizing the transient passage of liquid droplets be⁃tween the electrode pairs to trigger a gas discharge. The reactor was employed to investigate the degra⁃dation of carbon disulfide (CS2) exhaust gas, and the study examined the effects of various parametersincluding input energy, droplet dropping frequency, gas flow rate, oxygen concentration, and solutioncomposition on the degradation process. The results demonstrated the effective removal and degradationof CS2 gas from the gas stream using the droplet-triggered gas discharge reactor. During the gas dischar⁃ges, the droplets absorbed the gas-phase reaction products, thereby promoting the degradation of CS2.Optimal CS2 removal was achieved with a droplet dropping frequency of 0.5~1 drop / s. The removal ratedecreased with slower frequencies, while higher frequencies led to increased energy consumption. A⁃mong the same conditions, the lowest CS2 removal rate was observed when deionized water was used asthe absorbent droplet, followed by a 5% aqueous sodium sulfate solution. The highest removal rate wasachieved with a 5% sodium hydroxide solution. The gas-phase products of the CS2 degradation reactionmainly consisted of SO2, CO2, and a small amount of intermediate product COS, while the liquidphase products were sulfate ions. Furthermore, the degradation mechanism was analyzed.
