摘要
为有效保护地下水资源,减少矿坑疏排水量,元宝山露天煤矿打破传统的疏排降水治理思路,提出采用防渗膜垂向隐蔽铺设与抗渗混凝土浇筑充填的帷幕截水技术进行治理,优先在矿坑东南侧+452m平盘建造了一座平面长度近3600m、有效厚度大于0.8m、墙体深度超过40m的落底式截水帷幕。经帷幕墙实体开挖、钻孔取芯、声波透射、水位分析和水量对比等多种效果检验方法验证,帷幕墙截水效果显著,完全解决了矿坑东南侧第四系地下水入渗问题,保护了周边地下水资源,同时解决了元宝山露天煤矿生态环保和经济安全等方面的难题。

Abstract
In order to effectively protect the groundwater resources and reduce the drainage volume of the mine, the Yuanbaoshan Open-pit Coal Mine broke the traditional concept of drainage and precipitation control, and adopted the curtain water cutoff curtain technology of vertical concealed laying of impermeable membrane and pouring and filling of impermeable concrete to treatment the Quaternary groundwater. A falling bottom water interception curtain with a plane length of nearly 3600 m, effective thickness of more than 0. 8 m, and wall depth of more than 40 m was built on the +452 m flat plate at the southeast side of the mine pit. Verified by various effectiveness testing methods such as excavation of curtain walls, drilling and coring, acoustic transmission, water level analysis, and water volume comparison, the water cutoff curtain effect was remarkable, which completely solved the problem of Quaternary groundwater infiltration in the southeast of the pit. The successful application of curtain water interception technology in the interception and emission reduction of open-pit coal mines has provided reference for open-pit mines with similar problems.
