旨在研究平台型领导对新经济企业商业模式创新的影响机理,进而为新经济企业进行商业模式创新提供建议与指导。基于社会信息加工理论,将心理安全感、边界跨越行为与创新氛围引入到平台型领导作用于商业模式创新的框架中,构建了一个有调节的链式中介模型,通过问卷调查收集了247份有效数据,运用结构方程模型与Bootstrap相结合的方法进行实证检验。研究结果表明:平台型领导对商业模式创新具有显著的正向影响;心理安全感与边界跨越行为分别在平台型领导对商业模式创新的影响中起到部分中介作用,且二者在平台型领导对商业模式创新的影响中起到链式中介作用;创新氛围在边界跨越行为与商业模式创新的关系中起到调节作用,创新氛围在平台型领导、边界跨越行为与商业模式创新的中介关系中起到调节作用;创新氛围在平台型领导、心理安全感、边界跨越行为与商业模式创新的链式中介关系中起到调节作用。在此基础上,研究为新经济企业如何利用平台型领导推进商业模式创新提出了相关建议。

This paper aims to study the influence mechanism of platform leadership on the businessmodel innovation of new economy enterprises, and then provide suggestions and guidance for the business model innovation of new economy enterprises. Based on the social information processing theory,psychological security, boundary spanning behavior and innovation climate are introduced into theframework of the role of platform leadership in business model innovation, and a mediated chain intermediary model is constructed. 247 valid data are collected through questionnaire survey, and empiricaltest is carried out using structural equation model and Bootstrap method. The results show that platformleadership has a significant positive impact on business model innovation; Psychological security andboundary spanning behavior play a partial mediating role in the impact of platform leadership on business model innovation, and they play a chain mediating role in the impact of platform leadership onbusiness model innovation. Innovation climate plays a moderating role in the mediating relationship between boundary spanning behavior and business model innovation. Innovation climate plays a moderating role in the chain mediating relationship between platform leadership, boundary spanning behaviorand business model innovation, and it plays a mediating role in the chain mediating relationship between platform leadership, psychological security, boundary spanning behavior and business model innovation. On this basis, the study puts forward relevant suggestions for new economy enterprises how touse platform leadership to promote business model innovation.
