基于2006—2021年上海大都市圈城市面板数据,运用超效率SBM模型、调节效应模型、门槛效应模型与中介效应模型,并从金融集聚和产业结构的作用机制视角,探究科技创新对城市土地利用效率的影响。研究发现:科技创新对城市土地利用效率具有直接影响,可以促进城市土地利用效率的提高。在科技创新促进城市土地利用效率的过程中,金融集聚起调节作用,并有一定的门槛效应。当金融集中度超过3.3301时,科技创新对城市土地利用效率的促进作用就开始减弱。产业结构在科技创新促进城市土地利用效率提高的过程中发挥中介作用,即科技创新促进产业结构升级从而提高城市土地利用效率。研究结果有助于为上海大都市圈建设提供理论参考和决策依据,加强科技创新投入并引导金融业合理健康发展和促进产业结构优化升级。

Based on the panel data of Shanghai metropolitan area cities from 2006 to 2021, the impactof science and technology innovation on urban land use efficiency is explored by using the super-efficient SBM model, the moderating effect model, the threshold effect model and the intermediary effectmodel, as well as from the viewpoint of the mechanism of the role of financial agglomeration and industrial structure. It is found that science and technology innovation has a direct impact on urban land useefficiency and can promote the improvement of urban land use efficiency. In the process of promotingurban land use efficiency by science and technology innovation, financial concentration plays a moderating role and has a certain threshold effect. When the financial concentration exceeds 3. 3301, the promotion effect of STI on urban land use efficiency starts to weaken. Industrial structure plays an intermediary role in the process of STI promoting urban land use efficiency, i. e., STI promotes industrial structure upgrading and thus improves urban land use efficiency. The results of this study can help to provide theoretical reference and decision-making basis for the construction of Shanghai metropolitan area,strengthen the investment in science and technology innovation and guide the rational and healthy development of the financial industry and promote the optimisation and upgrading of industrial structure.
