    1523工作面位于葛泉矿南翼五采区,通过回采前的综合物探及钻探资料分析,工作面内并未发育隐伏陷落柱,但实际回采过程中揭露X503陷落柱。为确保工作面安全回采过陷落柱,工作面回采至陷落柱时在运输巷对X503陷落柱2号煤层底板以下10~40 m进行注水泥浆加固。从钻探注浆效果、陷落柱内水源分析及注浆后底板突水系数3方面进行安全评价,在通过钻探注浆加固治理后,X503陷落柱范围内2号煤底板下10~40 m段已经形成了一个有效隔水层,并且陷落柱内赋水无奥水等深部水源补给。因此认定1523工作面可以安全回采过X503陷落柱。
  • Abstract
    No.1523 Face was located in the fifth mining area of the south wing of Gequan Mine. Through the analysis of comprehensive geophysical prospecting and drilling data before mining, the hidden collapse column was not developed in the working face, but No. X503 collapse column was exposed in the actual mining process. In order to ensure the safe mining of the working face through the collapse column, when the working face was mined to the collapse column, the water injection slurry reinforcement was carried out 10 ~ 40 m below the floor of No.2 coal seam of X503 collapse column in transportation roadway. The safety evaluation was carried out from three aspects : drilling grouting effect, water source analysis in collapse column and water inrush coefficient of floor after grouting. After drilling grouting reinforcement, an effective aquiclude had been formed in the 10-40 m section under No.2 coal floor in X503 collapse column, and there was no deep water supply such as Ordovician water in collapse column. Therefore, it was determined that No.1523 working face could be safely mined through No. X503 collapse column.
