    本文针对高河能源W3305工作面过Xw44陷落柱期间,存在的陷落柱揭露范围的不确定性、煤墙顶板破碎严重、生产组织不稳定、设备故障率高问题,对过陷落柱的技术方案进行优化。实际应用效果表明:通过探测陷落柱边界变化趋势、预注浆工艺、动态调整生产组织、强化设备重点部位检修,保证了W3305工作面推进顺利通过Xw44陷落柱。
  • Abstract
    This article focuses on the uncertainty of the exposed range of the collapse column, severe broken of the coal wall roof, unstable production organization, and high equipment failure rate during the W3305 working face of Gaohe Energy passing through the Xw44 collapse column period. The technical scheme for passing through the collapse column is optimized. The practical application results show that by detecting the trend of changes in the boundary of the collapse column, pregrouting process, dynamically adjusting production organization, and strengthening key parts overhaul of equipments, ensuring the smooth progress of the W3305 working face passing through the Xw44 collapse column.
