摘要
针对乌化一矿9106回风顺槽掘进过断层期间,巷道顶板出现冒漏现象,通过技术研究从地质构造、围岩特性等几方面合理分析了顶板冒漏机理,并根据掘进现状对冒漏区顶板提出了“人工假顶+超前管棚+注浆锚索棚+U29型钢棚”联合支护技术。实际应用效果表明:采取联合支护后断层区顶板下沉量控制在180mm以下,两帮收缩量控制在250mm以下,控制了冒漏区范围扩大,取得了显著应用成效。

Abstract
Aiming at the phenomenon of leakage on the roof of the roadway during the 9106 return air channel excavation passing through the fault in Wuhua No.1 Mine, the mechanism of roof leakage is reasonably analyzed from several aspects such as geological structure and surrounding rock characteristics through technical research, and according to the current excavation situation, a combined support technology of "artificial false roof+advance pipe shed+grouting anchor cable shed+U29 type steel shed" is proposed for the roof of the leakage area. The actual application effect shows that after adopting combined support, the subsidence amount of the roof in the fault area is controlled below 180 mm, and the shrinkage amount of the two sides is controlled below 250 mm, controlling the range expansion of the leakage area and achieving significant application results.
