摘要
陈蛮庄煤矿为千米埋深单翼开采矿井,由于部分巷道风速超限,通风能力不足,矿井通风网络等存在问题,不能满足安全生产需求,需要进一步优化。通过科学选用主要通风机等进行优化,解决了西翼轨道大巷进风困难、风速超限等问题。矿井总进风量增加了2548m3/min,实现了矿井通风系统安全可靠运行。

Abstract
Chenmanzhuang Coal Mine is a single wing mining mine with kilometer burial depth. Due to the wind speed exceeding the limit in some roadways, insufficient ventilation capacity, and problems with the mine ventilation network, it cannot meet the safety production demands and needs to be optimized. By scientifically selecting the main ventilation fans and optimizing them, the problems of difficult air intake and wind speed exceeding the limit in the west wing track main roadway are solved. The total air intake volumes increased by 2548 m3/min, achieving the safety and reliability of the mine ventilation system.
