为了提升微子镇煤业防灭火安全程度,在对矿井通风系统结构进行充分分析的基础上,提出了新的矿井通风及防灭火控制系统,建立了矿井通风系统智能控制中心。通过中央并列式通风系统及智能化通风控制系统确保了井下通风安全;通过JSG9矿井火灾束管监测系统实现了对煤层自然发火进行动态的连续监测;通过注浆防护、喷洒阻化剂防火、喷射LFM堵漏及注液态CO2灭火实现了对井下火灾的多重预防及控制,提高了井下的防火安全。实际应用表明,微子镇煤业井下通风系统能够实现对井下风量的智能化调节,防灭火系统预警和防火可靠性达100%。

In order to improve the safety level of fire prevention and extinguishing in Weizizhen Coal Industry, a new mine ventilation and fire prevention control system was proposed based on a thorough analysis of the structure of the mine ventilation system, and an intelligent control center for the mine ventilation system was established. The central parallel ventilation system and intelligent ventilation control system ensure the safety of underground ventilation; through the JSG9 mine fire bundle monitoring system, dynamic and continuous monitoring of coal seam spontaneous combustion has been achieved; multiple prevention and control of underground fires have been achieved through grouting protection, spraying chemical inhibitors for fire prevention, spraying LFM for leak sealing, and injecting liquid CO2 for fire extinguishing, thereby improving the fire safety of the underground. Practical applications have shown that the underground ventilation system of Weizizhen Coal Industry can achieve intelligent adjustment of underground air volume, and the reliability of fire prevention and extinguishing system warning and fire prevention reaches 100%.
