摘要
本文旨在分析东庞矿煤泥干燥系统效率下降的原因,通过对煤泥干燥系统的实际运行情况进行观察和分析,发现煤泥中灰分及高灰细泥含量的增加是导致干燥效率下降的主要原因。本文对该现象的原因进行了进一步的探究,并提出了一些改进建议。通过实施改进措施,可以有效提高煤泥干燥系统的效率,降低能源消耗。

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the reasons for the decrease of the efficiency of the coal slime drying system in Dongpang Mine. Through the observation and analysis of the actual operation of the coal slime drying system, it is found that the increase of ash content and high ash fine mud content in coal slime is the main reason for the decrease of drying efficiency. This paper further explores the causes of this phenomenon and puts forward some suggestions for improvement. Through the implementation of improvement measures, the efficiency of the slime drying system can be effectively improved and the energy consumption can be reduced.
