    针对韩家洼煤矿22402工作面采空区遗煤多、漏风严重,采空区瓦斯含量高,矿井危险性较大的问题,进行井下综合防灭火技术研究,采用JSG8型束管采样系统实时监测工作面与采空区气体组分浓度,利用采空区灌浆防灭火为主、注氮防灭火为辅的综合灭火系统进行防灭火作业,通过实际工程验证,在瓦斯浓度升高时,束管采样系统及时报警,防灭火系统启动后,瓦斯浓度恢复安全区间,表明综合防灭火系统有效。
  • Abstract
    Aiming at the problems of more residual coal, serious air leakage, high gas content in goaf and high risk of mine in No. 22402 Face of Hanjiawa Coal Mine, the comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing technology was studied. JSG8 beam tube sampling system was used to monitor the concentration of gas components in working face and goaf in real time. The comprehensive fire extinguishing system of goaf grouting fire prevention and nitrogen injection fire prevention was used to carry out fire prevention and extinguishing operation. Through practical engineering verification, when the gas concentration increased, the beam tube sampling system alarmed in time. After the fire prevention and extinguishing system was started, the gas concentration returned to the safe range, indicating that the comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing system was effective.
