    为了验证单县能源现有的支护体系能否满足大倾角三软煤层抗冲击要求,通过分析支护构件材质合理性、验算巷道支护强度、分析煤巷抗冲击能力等方式,结合“冲击地压巷道支护能量校核设计法”“基于能量平衡理论的冲击地压巷道支护参数研究”“煤矿冲击地压巷道三级支护理论与技术”及冲击地压矿井巷道支护经验,评定煤巷支护体系抗冲击能力。得出结论:目前的支护体系具有较高的支护强度、抗变形及护表能力,顺槽巷道、准备巷道以及超前单体支护的安全系数分别为3.20、1.72、1.42,锚索网带抗冲支护系统具有足够延伸率和冲击韧性,一方面使围岩连续变形释放,另一方面避免局部破坏,能够满足矿井支护与防冲要求。
  • Abstract
    In order to verify whether the existing support system of Shanxian Energy can meet the impact resistance requirements of large inclination angle three soft coal seams, through methods such as analyzing the rationality of support component materials, verifying the strength of roadway support, and analyzing the impact resistance of coal roadways, etc. Combining the "Design Method for Energy Verification of Rock Burst Roadway Support", "Research on Rock Burst Roadway Support Parameters Based on Energy Balance Theory", "Theory and Technology of Three Stage Support for Coal Mine Rock Burst Roadway", and experiences in rock burst roadway support of mines, evaluate the impact resistance ability of the coal roadway support system. The conclusion is that the current support system has relatively high support strength, deformation resistance, and surface protection ability. The safety coefficients for the channel roadway, preparation roadway, and advanced single body support are 3.20, 1.72, and 1.42, respectively. The anchor cable mesh belt impact resistance support system has sufficient elongation and impact toughness, on the one hand, the surrounding rock can be continuously deformed and released, on the other hand, local damage can be avoided, which can meet the requirements of mine support and impact prevention.
