摘要
8101综放工作面在搬家期间CO浓度过高,可能发生采空区煤自燃危险。根据工作面漏风情况、地质条件,分析了CO超限原因,采用采空区自然发火预测预报技术,采空区注氮惰化技术,工作面上下端头封堵、喷洒阻化剂、凝胶及工作面采用倒回风均压通风方式等技术措施,有效地降低煤氧复合氧化能力,杜绝采空区遗煤自燃灾害的发生,保证工作面在搬家期间的安全。

Abstract
The CO concentration of the 8101 fully mechanized caving face is too high during the moving period, which may lead to the risk of coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf. According to the air leakage situation and geological condition of the working face, the reasons for CO overrun are analyzed. Some technical measures are adopted, such as the prediction and forecast technology of spontaneous combustion in the goaf, the nitrogen injection inerting technology in the goaf, the sealing of the upper and lower ends of the working face, the spraying of inhibitor, gel, the use of reverse return air pressure equalizing ventilation mode in the working face and so on are adopted to effectively reduce the coal oxygen composite oxidation capacity, eliminate the occurrence of spontaneous combustion of coal left in the goaf, and ensure the safety of the working face during the moving period.
