    铁路专用线是煤矿主要的配套运输设施,煤矿采动影响会改变线路的运营条件,特别是铁路隧道的变形或破坏会危及列车的安全运行。为了在煤矿开采过程中监测工作面开采对铁路专用线的影响程度和确保专用线列车的安全运行,以山西寺家庄铁路专用线隧道受开采工作面影响为例,采用概率积分法对受采动影响的寺家庄铁路专用线及南岭山1号隧道进行地表及移动变形预测,将预测结果与实际移动变形数据进行对比分析,分析了专用线铁路隧道出现开裂、变形、错缝等病害的主要原因和直接原因等病害机理,并针对其出现的病害特征,提出了相应的整治技术及维修方案。
  • Abstract
    Railway dedicated lines are the main supporting transportation facilities in coal mines. The impact of coal mining can change the operating conditions of the lines, especially the deformation or damage of railway tunnels that can endanger the safe operation of trains. In order to monitor the impact degree of working face mining on railway dedicated lines and ensure the safe operation of dedicated line trains during coal mining, taking the tunnel of Shanxi Sijiazhuang railway dedicated line affected by the mining working face as an example, the probability integration method is used to predict the surface and movement deformation of Sijiazhuang railway dedicated line and Nanlingshan No.1 tunnel affected by mining. The main causes and direct causes of diseases such as cracking, deformation, and staggered joints in dedicated line railway tunnels are analyzed, and corresponding remediation techniques and maintenance schemes in view of the characteristics of these diseases are proposed.
