摘要
露天带式输送机因皮带、托辊等关键部件在长时间、高强度环境下运行,易发生故障,需要实时监测,且输送机线路较长,人力巡检困难,巡检机器人因其自动化、智能化等优点在输送机的监测作业中广泛运用。由于工作环境温差较大,巡检机器人轨道常因为热胀冷缩原因出现翘曲或断开等情况。准能选煤厂在应用过程中,通过对巡检机器人轨道优化,实现巡检机器人在大温差环境下稳定运行。

Abstract
Open air belt conveyors are prone to malfunctions due to key components such as belts and idler rollers operating in long-term and high-strength environments, requiring real-time monitoring. Moreover, the conveyor line is long and manual inspection is difficult. Inspection robots are widely applied in conveyor monitoring operations due to their advantages such as automation and intelligence. Due to the large temperature difference in the working environment, the inspection robot track often experiences situations such as warping or disconnection due to the reason of thermal expansion and cold contraction. During the application process of the Zhunneng Coal Preparation Plant, by optimizing the track of the inspection robot, the stable operation of the inspection robot in a large temperature difference environment is achieved.
