    瓦斯超限是高瓦斯或煤与瓦斯突出矿井日常生产中极易发生的较严重安全生产事故。针对回采工作面因采掘作业破坏了原始煤岩体的平衡,大量瓦斯涌出极易造成工作面瓦斯超限事故,基于回采面生产过程中地质构造、煤层赋存、瓦斯参数变化等动态变化参数,建立了基于DBMS的瓦斯灾害综合预警模型,设置预警等级、预警规则及预警指标体系,对瓦斯预警信息操作流程的制定、信息收集和传递相关内容进行了规范。研究结果表明,加强安全管理、安全施工及安全培训等方面的协作配合,提高瓦斯超限预警的管控作用和能力,是三级瓦斯超限预警管理(以下用&代表)系统建立的前提;采用三级瓦斯超限预警管理(&)系统,按瓦斯超限内控指标统计,由2019年的31次高峰值降低至2022年的5次,瓦斯超限内控次数降低率达到83.8%,有效预防了矿井瓦斯超限事故发生,有力保障了矿井的安全生产。
  • Abstract
    Gas exceeding the limit is a serious safety production accident that is prone to occur in the daily production of high gas or coal and gas outburst mines. In response to the fact that the balance of the original coal and rock mass is disrupted by mining operations in the working face, and a large amount of gas emission is prone to cause gas exceeding limit accidents in the working face, a comprehensive gas disaster warning model based on DBMS is established based on dynamic parameters such as geological structure, coal seam occurrence, and gas parameter changes during the production process of the working face. The warning level, warning rules, and warning indicator system are set up, and the operation process of gas warning information is formulated, the collection and transmission of information have been standardized. The research results indicate that strengthening cooperation and cooperation in safety management, safety construction, and safety training, as well as improving the control role and ability of gas over limit warning, are the prerequisites for the establishment of a three-level gas over limit warning management system(represented by & below); adopting a three-level gas over limit warning management (&) system, according to the statistics of gas over limit internal control indicators, the number of gas over limit internal control incidents has decreased from 31 peak values in 2019 to 5 in 2022, with a reduction rate of 83.8%. This has effectively prevented gas over limit accidents in mines and effectively ensured the safety production of mines.
