通过文献综述和现状分析,总结了能源布局和能源结构有待优化调整,能耗与碳排放过高问题突出,清洁高效任务艰巨复杂,核心关键技术仍待突破,全国统一的能源市场、电力市场机制有待进一步完善4个方面的问题,并提出相关建议:首先,统筹能源安全和能源保供,加快能源结构调整与能源转型;其次,推动能源坚持绿色低碳、清洁高效,加快产业结构转型升级;再次,坚持创新驱动,加快突破制约能源转型的关键核心技术;最后,坚持市场化改革方向,加快构建全国统一的能源市场和电力市场。

Through literature review and current situation analysis, this article summarizes four issues, including the need for optimizationand adjustment of energy layout and structure, prominent issues of high energy consumption and carbon emissions, and challenging andcomplex tasks of clean and efficient production, the core key technologies still need to be broken through, and the mechanism of a unifiednational energy market and electricity market needs to be further improved. And proposes relevant suggestions. Firstly, it is necessary tocoordinate energy security and supply, accelerate energy structure adjustment and energy transformation. Secondly, by promoting green,low- carbon, clean and efficient energy, we can accelerate the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure. Once again, byadhering toinnovationdrivenapproach, wecanacceleratebreakthroughsinkeycoretechnologiesthatconstrainenergytransformation. Finally, by adhering to the direction of market-oriented reform, we can accelerate the construction of a unified nationalenergy and electricity market.
