Abstract
The training and evaluation of skilled personnel is an important part of the talent team construction of large energy groups. Underthe background of the reform of the national vocational qualification system, it has become an important topic to systematically study andpromote the evaluation of enterprise skill talents. Taking a large energy group as an example, this paper expounds the necessity of building askill level recognition system, and probes into the practice and exploration of the large energy group in skill level recognition and systemconstruction. It mainly involves ten aspects, such as evaluation system, evaluation organization, evaluation station, occupation catalog,evaluation standard, training materials, examination question bank, evaluation personnel, supervisors, staff and digital evaluation system.According to the analysis, the construction of skill level recognition system is a systematic work, which should be promoted in accordancewith the overall requirements of clear rights and responsibilities, scientific management, coordination and efficiency, and put forwardcountermeasures and suggestions for the construction of skill talent evaluation system in large energy groups.
