Recycling technology and equipment of waste plastic packaging in industrial explosives

Polyethylene and polypropylene packaging bags containing hazardous chemicals are usually burned or buried in the domestic civil explosive production line. These treatment methods not only have low efficiency and high cost, but also are prone to produce environmental protection and safety problems. This paper introduces the recycling technology and equipment of waste plastic packaging materials in industrial explosives. The waste plastic products containing hazardous chemicals (ammonium nitrate, sodium nitrate, special oil phase for industrial explosive, etc. ) are broken into strips. After pelletizing, they are heated to a certain temperature in an extruder to melt and plasticize. The molten material is cooled and cut into pellets, then ground to the required fineness by a plastic mill. After packaging, the powder explosive raw material is formed, which realizes harmless recycling.
