摘要
针对乳化炸药生产线水相配料状态与品种的自动匹配控制程度较低,容易因人为误操作而引发安全和质量隐患的问题,本文介绍了一种以PLC为控制核心,通过设定水相配料状态与品种类型信号,并传输至生产线主控室,与实时生产品种类型匹配相符指令的设计方法,并在乳化炸药生产线安装应用。实际生产应用表明:该联锁控制设施不仅具有工作稳定可靠、实用性高等特点,还可以杜绝生产时因水相配料状态与品种类型误操作所引发的安全和质量隐患。

Abstract
At present, the automatic matching control between the water phase batching state and the variety is low in the emulsion explosives production line, and it is easy to cause safety and quality hazards due to misoperation. This article introduces a design method with PLC as the control core. The water phase batching state and the product type signals are set and transmitted to the main control room of the production line in this method, and instructions are set to match real-time type. Moreover, this design method has already applied in the emulsion explosive production line. The practical application shows that this interlocking control facility not only has the characteristics of stable and reliable operation and high practicability, but can also eliminate safety and quality hazards caused by misoperation of water phase batching state and variety during production.
