小型民用爆炸物品储存库(地面库)属于火工品建筑，因其爆炸危险，应与普通仓库进行严格区分。本文从总平面布置、建筑结构、消防、防雷、防静电、防射频、储存安全管理及安全评价等方面对小型民用爆炸物品储存库(地面库)与不用于存储危险化学品的单层普通仓库进行对比，简明扼要地展现出两者在设计要求上的异同，为从事小型民用爆炸物品地面储存库设计人员提供思路，也为评价人员安全评估时提供参考依据。

Miniature civil explosives magazine ( ground magazine) belongs to initiating explosive device building, because of its explosive hazard, it should be strictly distinguished from ordinary warehouse. This article compares miniature civil explosive storage magazine(ground magazine) with single-story ordinary warehouse not used for storing hazardous chemicals from the aspects of general layout, building structure, fire protection, lightning protection, anti-static, radio frequency protection, storage safety management, and safety assessment. This article briefly presents the similarities and differences between them in design requirements. It provides ideas for designers of miniature civil explosive magazine, and also provides a reference for safety assessment.
