    位移传感器是实现煤矿掘进设备智能化开采的重要元件。通过对掘进设备位移传感器经常损坏原因进行系统分析,根据进口煤机设备升级改造过程中掌握的位移传感器特点,吸收和借鉴进口传感器技术经验,对传感器在结构、工艺、电路、安装方式等方面进行了改进设计。改进后的传感器通过试验验证和现场使用,达到了预期效果。事实证明对于煤机设备的一些关键部件尤其是外置的传感器、执行器等,在设计和选型时需充分考虑工况及使用条件,必要时需对产品进行定制开发,只有这样才能有效提高整机产品性能。
  • Abstract
    Displacement sensors are important components for achieving intelligent mining of coal mine excavationequipment. Through a systematic analysis of the causes of frequent damage to the displacement sensors ofexcavation equipment, and based on the characteristics of the displacement sensors learned during the upgradingand renovation process of imported coal mining equipment, and by absorbing and drawing on the technicalexperience of imported sensors, design have been improved to the sensor in terms of structure, process, circuit,installation method, and other aspects. The improved sensor has achieved the expected effect through experimentalverification and on-site use. It has been proven that for some key components of coal mining equipment, especiallyexternal sensors, actuators, etc., it is necessary to fully consider the operating conditions and usage conditionsduring design and selection. If necessary, customized product development is necessary to effectively improve theoverall product performance.
