  • 摘要
    为脱除新疆库车煤中的硫分和灰分,采用一步超声电解浮选法和梯度超声电解浮选法对煤样进行处理,并对两方法的脱除效果进行比较。利用FTIR法、XPS法、XRD法、BET法分析煤样中官能团、形态硫、矿物质含量和孔结构的变化,利用XRF法测试煤灰中的主要成分。结果表明:梯度超声电解浮选法对煤中硫分和灰分的脱除效果优于一步超声电解浮选法对煤中硫分和灰分的脱除效果。采用H2O2-H2SO4梯度超声电解浮选法对煤样进行处理,脱硫率为55.38%,降灰率为56.75%。在电解过程中,煤的形态硫被·OH氧化为可溶于水的含硫离子而除去。由于每种电解质发生氧化还原反应的路径不同,因此,采用不同的电解质对煤进行分步电解,可提高硫分与灰分的脱除效果。此外,利用煤与矿物质亲疏水性不同的特征,采用浮选法对煤样进行处理,可有效降低煤中矿物质的含量。
  • Abstract
    A comparative study on sulfur and ash removal from coal from Xinjiang Kuche mine using both one-step sonoelectrochemical method with flotation and gradient sonoelectro-chemical method with flotation was conducted. Various characterization methods, including FT-IR, XPS,XRD,BET and XRF, were used to analyze the alterations in functional groups, differ-ent forms of sulfur, mineral content and pore structure in the coal samples, and the main compo-nents in coal ash. The results indicate the greater effectiveness of the gradient sonoelectrochemi-cal method with flotation in comparison to the one-step sonoelectrochemical method with flota-tion for sulfur and ash removal. When using H2O2-H2SO4 gradient sonoelectrochemical method with flotation, the desulfurization ratio and deashing ratio exhibite significant improvements, in-creasing to 55.38% and 56.75%, respectively. During the electrolysis process, the different forms of sulfur in coal are oxidized into water-soluble sulfur ions by hydroxyl radicals. As differ-ent electrolytes exhibit distinct redox pathways, a step-by-step approach utilizing different elec-trolytes for coal electrolysis can enhance the sulfur and ash removal effect in coal. Additionally, by leveraging the contrasting hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties of coal and minerals, using a floating method for coal treatment can effectively reduce the mineral contents in coal.
