摘要
不安全行为是引发煤矿事故的主要原因,不安全行为防控能有效遏制各类事故的发生。为了研究复杂地质条件下智能化煤矿不安全行为综合防控体系,首先确定了不安全行为影响因素,将影响因素按照个体、设备、环境、管理分为4大类,并细化为20个影响因素。然后,运用熵权法查找了人、机、环、管防控的关键点。最后,建立了不安全行为综合防控体系,该体系以减少和杜绝不安全行为为主线,以“基层建设、基础建设、基本功建设”为基础,以不安全行为事前源头预防、事中观察控制、事后奖惩溯源矫正为措施,对不安全行为进行全方位、全过程综合防控。

Abstract
Unsafe behavior is the main cause of coal mine accidents, and the prevention and control ofunsafe behavior can effectively curb the occurrence of various accidents. In order to study comprehensive prevention and control systemof unsafe behaviors the intelligent coal mines under complex geological conditions, the influencing factors of unsafe behaviors are firstly determined and divided into fourcategories according to individual, equipment, environment and management, and the four categories arefurther refined into 20 influencing factors. Then, the entropy weight method is used to find the keypoints of prevention and control of human, machine, environment and management. Finally, the prevention and control system of unsafe behaviors is established, which takes the reduction and elimination ofunsafe behavior as one main line, takes “ grass-roots construction, basic construction and basic skillsconstruction” as three foundations, and takes the prevention of unsafe behavior in advance, the observation and control in the event, and the correction of rewards and punishments after the event as threemeasures. so as to carry out all-round and whole-process comprehensive prevention and control of unsafe behaviors.
