    针对矿井瓦斯抽采管道环境条件复杂、抽采计量设备性能要求高、瓦斯抽采达标评判智能化程度低等问题,开展抽采精准计量与抽采效果达标评价系统应用研究,分析了复杂管道环境适用的抽采检测技术与计量设备,构建了全过程、动态化的采掘工作面瓦斯抽采效果达标评判体系,黄陵二号煤矿通过在综采工作面现场应用分析,抽采监测设备满足精准计量要求,系统实现了可视化、动态化的抽采效果达标评价,极大地提升了瓦斯抽采精细化管理效率。
  • Abstract
    In view of the complex environmental conditions of the mine gas extraction pipeline, the high requirements for theperformance of the gas extraction metering equipment, and the low intelligentized degree of the standard evaluation of gas extraction, the application research on the system of precise measurement and evaluation of extraction effect is carried out, andthe extraction detection technology and measurement equipment suitable for complex pipeline environment are analyzed, adynamic evaluation system of gas extraction effect in full-mechanized mining face has been established, and the monitoringequipment of gas extraction meets the requirement of precise measurement by analyzing the application on the spot in Huangling No. 2 Coal Mine, realizing the visual and dynamic evaluation of gas extraction effect, and greatly improving the finemanagement efficiency of gas extraction.
